Is the data actually unlimited?

Yes. On an unlimited Holafly destination eSIM or a Plans Unlimited subscription, there is no data allowance to run down. You won't hit a wall at 20 GB, you won't be asked to buy a top-up, and your connection won't stop working because you streamed too much.
